So thankful for Nina at Inline. Our installer, Meryl, who was wonderful, finished our master shower and my husband and I didn’t like what I picked out (without having a consultation with Nina). But she still came right over that afternoon - brought a bunch of samples, shared her expertise and the end result was perfect! They had all the selection and colors I was looking for. We get so many compliments on the tile installation itself as well as the beautiful installation job. Will definitely use again for future projects.
Inline Tile installed the tile floors and showers in our home. There was a problem with slow draining in the master bath shower floor. We asked to have it looked at by Inline's service manager. He checked the floor and devised a way to fix it. He also noticed a chipped wall tile and offered to replace it while having the floor repair done. Inline's repair crew came out as scheduled and completed both the floor and wall repairs neatly and professionally. Our builder brought us here for our custom home. Our first meeting with Nina was great. She helped us quickly narrow down what we wanted for our new home. Being new to the area, she also also offered a bit of comfort and she seemed compassionate when we hit some snags. However the installation is another story.
