The selection and installation process were zero pressure. The installation team did a fantastic job. The flooring looks even better than I had imagined. The whole process left me feeling in control, and god, does the flooring look great. I will definitely go back for any work. Inspiration Flooring did a super great, wonderful job...
Had wood floors and carpet done.The installation was completed on time. Looks great and did a wonderful job. The sales man tod was very helpful in the process of choosing. Very knowledgeable about all the products and I didn’t feel pressured. Store has huge selection and the product quality speaks for itself. I would definitely do business with inspiration again. Way better selection and pricing than Home Depot.
There aren’t sufficient words to express how disappointed we are with our experience with our flooring install done by Inspiration Flooring. We are about to redo our baseboards that they “fixed” during our floor install. It’s nearly impossible because of how poor the flooring was installed. There is a gap from where the flooring ends to the wall. They haphazardly stapled in a shoe trim without finishing anything. We had a lovely experience with Inspiration Flooring last summer! Todd was professional and knowledgeable on our flooring needs/questions. We decided to install the flooring on our own but the customer service and delivery were great and we would definitely go with Inspiration again for our next flooring project!
This place is the best place I’ve ever dealt with for flooring and installation. Todd is responsive, reliable, honest and patient, and has an amazing selection. His installers are skilled and hard working. They did such great work at my mom’s house that whenever she sees any contractor doing work anything less than perfectly she remarks, “they’re no inspiration flooring.” Here is a picture of the most recent engineered floor install to replace the carpet, which they did start to finish.
