Integrity Pools is an incredible company to work with. Everyone involved in the redo of my deck was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. They worked tirelessly to make sure the drainage was correct and the work was done to my satisfaction. As a consumer, it is always hard to find a company you can trust and recommend to others. I have used Integrity Pools for the past few years ever since they remodeled our pool. They have been fantastic in everything I have needed them to do, but today they have completely exceeded their past exemplary service. Integrity Pools did an excellent job remodeling both our pool and deck. Mike was wonderful to work with. He brought out samples and even was able to find tile for our patio and front entry way. Chad and his crew were wonderful and they did a great job on our new travertine deck. We couldn't be happier with the work on our 30 year old pool. I would recommend Integrity Pools for any pool remodeling needs.

Amazing process, amazing company! Process was simple, kept me informed and did a beautiful job. Slow start because of the weather. They are price conscious for the customer. Everyone I worked with was the ultimate professional. Going to continue doing business with them with on going maintenance.

Integrity pools were excellent in all regards and they are very professional in everything they do. It started with the pool remodel specialist, David, who reached out to us the very next day after we called for a quote. He visited us the next day and gave us a detailed run down of the remodeling process. He helped us save money by reusing the flagstone coping and only replacing the pool equipment that was necessary. We had receive 6 estimates but Integrity Pools won the bid because of Carmen Rodriguez, our assigned consultant. She was the only one who truly listened to us when we spoke of what we wanted and the price range we needed to stay within. The rest of the technicians started from there and gave us everything that was agreed upon. The resurfacing of our pool was beautifully done. Thank you, Carmen and team from beginning to end.
