Donna and her staff are amazing. Intelligent Office handles all my calls for my two physical therapy clinics. Most importantly, I have not had one negative comment regarding their handling of calls in 8 months. As a small business owner, the first point of contact is crucial. Donna's team have been very helpful and flexible with my scheduling and phone needs. If you need the best call handling service possible, Intelligent Office should be your first choice.

I have been a customer of intelligent office now for a number of years. Donna and her staff are GREAT. They are super customer/ client service oriented people, and they are consummate professionals. They are the best office that I've ever used.

I needed a virtual office space and a physical address for my business and I am so lucky to have found the Intelligent Office. The staff is welcoming, friendly , and hard-working. They let you have after hour access to the facility which is great for me because this is when my clients are most interested in meeting with me.

I must state I am amazed at the professional demeanor of this office and staff. The staff is efficient and gets the job done. If I delegate I do not have to worry the task will be accomplished. I highly recommend Donna and the Intelligent Office to anyone seeking same
