We has stored our things with iStorage when we first moved here a few years ago. Recently, we again needed to store our things so first place we went was back to iStorage . Well, It was fantastic the first time and it's so nice to see it hasn't changed one bit. Well, one thing had , the lady in the office wasn't the same as before but Paula was just as friendly, helpful and personable. Your call center employees were very nice and helpful. But from what my experience with them says.I s that you are missing is communication between them and there bosses and the people who work at the storage facilities is for the most part nonexistent. The call center quoted me different procedures than the storage office, they said hours that at least here at store is wrong. Everyone was very helpful but they all just need to have the same information and they'll be more proficient
