I would’ve given a five star review but I had to knock it down to four. The website states I could move in right away, so after signing the agreement online I sent my husband to the facility to begin putting some of our things in storage. Well when he got there our unit had a lock on it so we were unable to access it. We rented on a Sunday so there was no one in the office to help us out. I just want everyone to know if you start your rental agreement when the office is closed you may not be able to have access to your unit... read more
