The New facility manager at the Callaghan location is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and he makes himself available to answer questions, even when he is obviously very busy. I couldn’t be happier with this management upgrade. I highly recommend this location.

Mike was very professional as well as courteous. He let me pick the room I leased. The site is very clean, with no odors. Would recommend this storage facility to anyone needing to store something.

Mike was very helpful as well as professional. He answered all my questions. He even took the time to show me my options and actually left it up to me as to which unit I leased. He made sure my unique access code worked as well as going over the details of my contract. And, most importantly, the office and the indoor hallways were spotless. No bad odors and clean floors. This left me thinking the property was well cared for.

Real friendly. I was in and out really quick. Very thorough with agreement. Mike even called the next day to tell me there was an issue with my lock. It’s good to know your belongings are safe.
