I had a great experience with Jason and Mike and would highly recommend them for their customer service, work ethic, honesty, and quality work. I didn't have the opportunity to meet with Jason or Mike prior to the the actual install date, but I felt comfortable working with Jason who made the entire transaction seamless. He worked with my schedule and was very accommodating during the entire process. They did a great job on the install and I love how the floors turned out. Five stars!
Great experience. Excellent customer service. Setting up time for measuring our stairway was a breeze and the two professionals that re carpeted our stairs did an amazing job in half the time we were quoted. Amazing job from beginning to end. Would definitely use and suggest this company to others.
First, this is an excellent company with a great crew and great communication. We had an entire upstairs plus a complicated staircase to recarpet. The old carpet was 20 years old. Robert and his team ( there were at least 5 guys if not more) did a terrific job in coming in, tearing up the old carpet, moving furniture and putting down new, plush carpet with almost undetectable seems.
