Pros and Cons Pros: 1. Easily buy and sell Bitcoin 2. Prices not too bad compared to other crypto IRAs 3. Decent website experience. Cons: 1. No way to enforce using only Authy for 2FA. When Authy is set up, there should be an option to use only that and not SMS for authentication. 2. Should be able to set up limit buys and sells of Bitcoin.

Very friendly customer service Very friendly customer service , kept me informed during my crypto IRA transfer (in-kind) from another company. I like that it’s a flat rate and cold storage fees don’t go up as your crypto goes up like some of the other company’s out there.
