Not a workable dashboard Not a workable dashboard. Not able to track the profit/loss on assets owned and purchased. How is this possible that this system can't provide the most basic information. Not able to place limit or stop loss orders, and iTrustCapital adds $100 to the market price of all purchases, and costs an extra $100 when selling. Plus a 1% transaction fees. Not great if you intend on attempting to trade. Plus monthly maintenance fees. Looking for other options.
Great Service and Crypto Selections I have had a great experience so far with iTrustCapital. They have provided great service as well as a nice selection of Crypto for your IRA.

Great selection of crypto's Great selection of crypto's, ability to invest in Gold and Silver as well, easy to set up, good service, and much lower fees than other providers. I was very satisfied with the process!

Optimistic about the future I’m very new to crypto, but what I’ve read and heard makes me very optimistic about the future. I am happy with the service and like that I was able to roll over a portion of my retirement tax free. I also appreciate the ability to invest in physical gold later. Customer service was excellent. They were very helpful and made what I thought was going to be a long and difficult process smooth and easy.

You need a faster means of customer… You need a faster means of customer service Staking. Staking. Staking. You need Trailing stop loss and other automated type order performance
iTrust Capital met my needs as an… iTrust Capital met my needs as an investment vehicle that keeps my capital gains from being decimated by taxes. Holding my assets until retirement helps me not to get caught up in the the short term volatility of the crypto market. I appreciate that iTrust Capital continues to add more cryptos to their growing offerings. Once staking is enabled to our eligible assets, then compounding interest will grow our portfolios like never before!
Platform is easy to use Platform is easy to use. I enjoy being able to have a self-directed IRA using crypto. The things I don't like are not being able to set Stop Losses or Limit Orders. This alone losses me $100's of dollars. Second thing I don't like is that every trade costs me around $100 dollars in fees. Over time this is going to add up to massive losses in my account.
Good Service with Room for Improvememt First, let me say that I *like* iTrust despite this being a somewhat critical review. It's a great alternative to traditional stocks-and-bonds retirement accounts, and its fees are better than its competitors (though I do wish they could get that 1% crypto transaction fee lower more quickly). The coin prices are always higher than… The coin prices are always higher than actual market prices. Therefore plus 1% fee is very deceiving. It is more than 2%
