happy with the service I'm very happy with the service. Everything was done correctly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the fees. As far as Crypto IRA's You are probably the lowest price but I'm not use to higher fees than compared to my other traditional IRA's. Lets work on that!

We have the lowest and most transparent fees of any Crypto IRA provider. The $29.95 monthly account fee includes unlimited institutional custody for both cryptocurrency and precious metals. You will be waiting a long time for Wallstreet to fully bastardize the crypto market with ETF's. By then you will have missed the party.
Simple, Efficient Transfer, Low Maintenance Fee, 1% trades I appreciated how streamlined the application and funding process was compared to other IRAs I've tried. I like the availability of several high cap cryptocurrency options including Cardano (ADA). Since I only intend to do occasional rebalancing of my holdings, the low fixed maintenance fee and 1% trade fees works well for me.

CARDANO staking I had a question and got back a response from a live person an hour later! This is EXACTLY why I left Bitcoin IRA. ITrust has fantastic service and I trust them entirely as custodians, Incidentally, you can’t stake ADA yet, but you will be able to within your IRA. Patience. Good platform...could be great!!! I wanted to be able to invest in cryptocurrencioes inside of my IRA account to avoid taxes. Itrust is a great platform to be able to invest in this new asset class. There are a few improvements I would like to see though. I would love to be able to place limit orders to take advantage of some of the price swings that take place 24 hrs./day. In the beginning iTrust was quick In the beginning iTrust was quick, responsive and helpful. Since it was working well I decided to roll over a 2nd IRA into iTrust. That was a train wreck, with iTrust's staff failing to do their job at just about every turn. Michael, We apologize for the delay. Your previous custodian is unique in today's digital world. They require original physical paperwork to be mailed to them. Unlike your first transfer that went smoothly, the 2nd custodian makes clients sign, then mail the physical form to us; we have to stamp it and mail it to them. Companies that still require this method do so to create as much friction as possible to cause delays and frustration for clients trying to move their funds out.
