iTrust is easy to use. iTrust is easy to use. I went with a Roth IRA so no taxes for any capital gains on my cryptos.
Worst customer service ever. Would give 0 stars if possible. Difficult to reach by phone or email. Takes days or weeks to get a response for simplest things like address change. Feel like they are holding my crypto assets hostage.

Your current request to do a partial transfer of USD from your account was received 3-business days ago. Processing time for transfers is approximately 1-week. In regards to the "holding my crypto assets hostage" comment, all assets in an IRA must be custodied by a trustee. Communication and transparency I had been with Kingdom trust for about two years and in the past two months they stopped answering the phone. The new asset growth management arena I moved a portion of my assets over to iTrust 4 months ago. I find the trading platform to be easy to navigate and making investments fast and easy. GROW YOUR FUTURE WITH TRUST... Jared spoke with me early in my desire to move my IRA. Everything he said is true. Including the timeline (3weeks). Extremely happy, and I was a hard sell.
