I've been with IVL for a long time. I love their products. They are the best You can fix as a smoothie with orange juice or about anything else you like. The flavor is really good I enjoy that. In the winter I like to take "All ********** Greens" with hot water. I think it is so good. Go Ruby *** I enjoy with orange juice. Yum I can tell the difference in how I feel if I don't use for a few days. Being older & retired I feel it is the best for me. The shipping is great as well. Even my lab work has been great.Thank you IVL
