Cant say enough about our positive experience working with JM carpets. We had our whole 1890s house flooring redone. First time house owners so we had a lot of questions! Amy was incredible and so helpful. Our installer was as also very kind for the interactions that we did have. Redoing the flooring in the whole house was pretty stressful but working with JM carpets made it smoother! We are very happy with how everything came together!
We had the best experience with them from the day we stopped in to look at carpet for three bedrooms & a living room, they were very helpful. They came & measured right away & got us set up for installation. We booked about three weeks out because we needed time to get ready. TJ called the Friday before installation to make sure we were ready for them to come on Monday. Excellent service! Came out quickly to give us an estimate. Staff was helpful and friendly when we stopped in the showroom to see all the carpet options. Love how it’s a family owned business. Highly recommend!
We had new flooring installed over worn-out tiles, and needed the hardwood in the office area resurfaced. Everything turned out great, and it's truly beautiful again. Added bonus was that another job was cancelled and we were slotted in sooner than expected. Thank you Justin and Debbie!
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Took home many samples, found some online I wanted and they had them shipped to their store for me to take home.
