I would not recommend this company, especially when there are others, that value their customers, in the area. Their customer service is horrible. I used their online form to request an estimate. On the bottom of the form there is a section for comments where I offered a brief comment on what I was looking for and where the carpet would go (in case a vapor barrier was required). I received a call the next business day, and at the end of the call Debbie forgot to hang up. Debbie decided to talk ****and mock my request. No apo... read more
