We went to Dr. Jacobus to get a second opinion on my daughter’s teeth. The first orthodontist had a hard time coming up with a treatment plan because of how complex my daughters teeth were. We left his office after he said ‘I need to think about this.’ Dr Jacobus agreed that this wasn’t going to be an easy process and was trying hard not to pull any teeth. Yesterday, the braces came off! We are so happy with the results! (No teeth got pulled!). I highly recommend him!

We have had the best experience at Jacobus Orthodontist. From the first step inside everyone is so pleasant and helpful. The whole process of my son getting braces has been a very nice experience. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone.

My experience at this practice has been nothing short of amazing! They are incredibly helpful, professional and kind! My 8yr old daughter and I were nervous for this appointment because she has unique dentistry needs. They were incredibly kind and helpful. They didn't charge for the consultation, although they certainly did deserve to because they were so thorough, honest and helpful. Turns out we don't need their services yet but when we are in need of orthodontic care we will look no other place but here! Not only was the free consultation 10 star service but they followed up with a phone call, followed up by email and mailed my daughter a card that was personalised to what they discussed while she was there. They actually listened to what my daughter had to say and personalised the card to those pieces of the conversation! Wow, wow, wow! A practice that has the team members treat patients like this has to be a fabulous practice! Thank you, Jacobus!!!!! And a special shout out to Alissa!

my kids have been seeing Dr. J since they were 5 & 7. His staff is amazing and there isnt anywhere or anyone I would trust more with my kids teeth! I highly recommend Dr. J.

Two of my children are patients here. They have done an incredible job with both of them. They take the time to educate you and answer any questions we have. The entire staff is always smiling and always friendly! If you need orthodontic care then there is no better place!
