Overrated After reading all the great reviews was confident that Dr Jennifer Guy would be very professional and clinically accurate. Was soon disappointed when it determined that she mis diagnosed my ailments and ordered me excessive tests that were determined to be unnecessary by another MDDefinite lack of professionalism in her day to day practice on numerous occasions Very obvious the staff is afraid of her and it appears she has a temper. Dr. Guy is phenomenal. She'll call you, takes care of you and she gets to the bottom of the situation. Regardless of the situation Dr. Guy eases your mind too. She is VERY easy to talk to and she really knows her field extensively. Her staff (Carlo, Margery, Janet, etc.) are great and easy to talk to as well and are easily accessible. I would highly recommend Dr. Guy.
Dr Guy is amazing. She has always treated me with utmost respect and compassion. She is comprehensive and it shows that she truly care for her patients. The same goes for her line and administrative staff.
I am still baffled that this doctor failed to do what should have been due diligence considering my extensive medical history. If she had bothered to read it, she could have taken the proper steps to diagnose an extremely life-threatening condition that I had. She blithely suggested that we might never know why my liver function tests were abnormal. Never called back with results from a test she ordered. Tried to make appointment with Dr. Guy. 1st call I was hung up on, 2nd call routed to answering service at 1125am, they could only tell me they were sorry, the office was still there. 3rd call at 1127 also routed to answering service. Finally called back at 1130, phone was answered by Tina who when I explained how hard it was to reach the office her reply was "what can I do for you".
