I had asked prior to closing if my self-paid appraisal would be removed from the CD, and I was told in so many words that it would be taken care of. We are at closing and the item was still there, so the attorney had to call and get a new CD drafted and issue us a check. Not a huge deal I know, but a little frustrating given I caught the error before closing and brought it to Jerry's attention. Overall though, a great experience with Jerry's team.

Request more info up-front and minimize the number of times you keep going back to the client —-only “updates” should be a reason to constantly cintact

The stress my wife, agent, and I went through was awful. The lack of communication, incorrect numbers, and impatience was appalling. My wife, agent, and I are as patient and nice as can be. I hope we never have to go through this stress again over buying a house. We are thankful to be finished with this process and hope to never experience this incompetence & stress again.

It took so long as all of the paperwork was not requested at the same time and I had to gather papers at different times. Lori and Tiffany were great in helping me get through the process.
