I had a big job - literally every room in my house needed carpet except Kitchen and Bath. From the sales team, Joe G. was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had some specific ideas about what I wanted and he let me know all I needed to make a good decision. The installers were fantastic. I am a perfectionist, which I told them, and frequently have to have jobs redone in my house when they aren't right. Their work was as close to perfect as possible. I would like to thank Jeter's Carpet for helping our family. We had to get carpet installed very quickly due to a delay in our closing and they made it work. And the installers did a fabulous job.
