Cant say much about the quality of the dealership its self, but their service department is hands down the worst thing I've ever dealt with. I manage a service company with multiple vehicles and had the misfortune of dealing with them on personal vehicles and work vehicles. Took a service truck in that had a check engine light on which at first they claimed was just a "drain plug" after 3 days of diagnostics. My BRAND NEW bronco went in for its very first ZAKTEK. It came out covered in swirls and left over residue outside and inside the car!! It was taken back the next day only to be worse than before!! I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted because one of my car ornaments was stolen as well. I've been a Joe Myers Ford customer since I was 18 years old with my first car 2008 mustang! The worst service I have received in a long time. Brought my car in Monday afternoon for a noice it was making. They didn't look at it until Wednesday afternoon and didn't make the repairs until Thursday. I was without a car the entire week. They could not provide loaner because they were out of loaners. They sent me an estimate stating that there was a nail in my tire. That tire has never been low. I'm pretty sure they put the nail in the tire just to get money out of me. Wanting to bring my truck in for service and they seemed like they had no care to help. You walk in and all the service advisors ignore you and play on their phones. So I finally talk to someone and get put on a loaner list or so I thought. I waited 3 weeks for a call and nothing. I drive back up there and I'm told I'm not on a wait list and they need to keep my truck for 24 to 48 hours just to diagnose it. No loaner available for 2 days till they can see what they can do. Joe Myers Ford is the worst representation of the Ford Brand! I have used this dealership only twice in the past 2 years and both for a Ford Recall. Last Summer it took 10 days to fix the brushing cable and cost $400 there was no communication as to why they took so long. Recently, I tried the service center yet again, and after 8 days and only and oil change I was able to get my car returned, only to be informed that they the cable brushing recall again just so they could bill Ford. If I could give the preowned sales staff and service negative stars I would. As soon as you purchase the vehicle, their post sale customer service is horrendous. I bought a truck from them back in December of 2022 and ordered a part for the truck that should've taken a week or two at the max to come in. I called multiple times my sales person Rick who was no help whatsoever for any updates and additional details about my truck plates and kept on getting the run around. Bought a car here back in September , two days after buying the car my trunk stops opening and my cup holder fell through leaving a big hole. the guy we were working with said he would get it fixed he ended up throwing us on the back end for months then quitting and now my car is out of warranty and they won't cover it so I have to pay out of pocket . Do not go here .

DONT EVER LEAVE YOUR FORD HERE FOR SERVICE! 1. Severe lack of communication to customer and themselves 2. No accountability whatsoever its always someone else's fault 3. They don't offer loaners, u have to rent your own car from enterprise which is a severe hassle and have to beg and plead for them to even offer that thru them 4. They never follow through their promises This was the worst experience in my life I had in any type of industry, I wouldn't even let them change my wipers! SERVICE department is the worst!!!!
