I exist. I can back up every attempt with documentation/pr I have emailed, called, visited in person, starting Oct 18 to have an oil leak and bad front camera looked at on my 2017 Ford. Service writer I spoke with told me they were backed up but would reach out to me the following week and get me in so my vehicle was not in service long. Not good people here!! We have an auto repair and wrecker service. We have towed vehicles to this business for mechanical and collision repair, and we also have bought parts here for vehicles we are repairing. Our company had towed a vehicle there in October, warranty paid them, but they refuse to pay us. Kita Esgar in accounts payable told me over the phone that someone that had worked there was related to us and owed them money, so they weren't going to pay us. I told her that's not legal. They play old outdated car games here. Like add crap on to the vehicle so they can rip your guts out. I would have thought Warren Buffett would run a more Professional company than this. I love Ford but will never buy or look at another car from this dealership And the GPS you said requires no subscription actually has to be renewed after five years. I tried to speak to someone to get a general idea of how much a small part for a mirror would cost. I was sideswiped and the cover for my drivers side mirror was taken off. I called the service center and after quite awhile I was given a general # for the body shop. I called them and Wanda answered and would not let me talk to anyone in the shop. I have been sitting back for a week trying to decide on whether or not to post anything but with the arrogance of the finance department and sales staff, there is nothing to lose. My wife went to look at a car and ended up coming home with it that night. I had to go in and sign the papers and made it in a few days later. This trip started fine, my boyfriend and I were greeted right away and had an appointment at 830, Emmanuel was very kind and took our info and car to be serviced for an oil change & new brake pads & he told us it would be around 2 hours. Ok no problem. We go to breakfast and get a call around 9:30 asking if we want to put new rotors on & we politely decline as we can do that back home (Iowa). This place needs some help. I started looking for an expedition and spoke with a internet sales person who sent me a buyers sheet on a car that I was interested in. The only thing the sales person would ask was when I could come by for a test drive and I told her multiple times that I am from out of town and can't just swing by at any given time. UPDATE: so Josh says email someone AND as all previous reviews that person doesn't even have the time to answer and say I'll handle it. An ignore means so much when as josh says customer service is number one to us....... yea whatever..... hey josh if it is then handle the complaints like a stand up business. Beware!!!!! Customer service does not exist at this dealership. We bought the vehicle from this dealership and we got a package of 20.00 oil changes with the purchase. The 40,000 service reviled that we needed rear brake pads, so we set an appointment to get them changed, after reminding them that this is a service vehicle and that we could not deal with a delay on the service.
