Dr. NAMM provided a great overall experience for my 93 yr old mom who had a fall and ended up having 2 back to back hip surgeries. Long road ( no blame on Dr. NAMM) however her recovery has been amazing and at 94 ( thanks to Dr. Namm) is getting stronger and walking 45 minute intervals with her walker. He provided wonderful bed-side manner and was a knowledgeable n awesome surgeon. We all thank and appreciate Dr. Namm very much. Kay & her family.
This was my FIRST encounter with Dr. Namm and I found him to be warm and understanding. He explained my situation in terms that even I could understand. He took time out of his busy day to "dot the "i's" and cross the "t's", he has a great office staff that keep things running smoothly.
Couldn’t be happier with Dr. Namm and his staff before, during, and after my surgery. Communication has been very clear, they answer all my questions (and I’ve had a bunch), and most importantly, the surgery was very successful and I’m progressing faster than I thought I would based on everything I read.
Dr Namm is wonderful,he explained everything in terms that were understood by the lay person. He was compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to listen.
Our experience at St. Francis Hospital was a mix of frustration and gratitude. The care in the ER was horrible, but once the orthopedic team took over, everything changed for the better. They were professional, compassionate, and did an amazing job resetting my husband's foot, followed by a successful surgery.
