J.R.'s has done three major projects at our home (new backsplash, refinishing and installing new hardwoods, and replacing a fiberglass shower with tile and glass). Fred and his workmen are among the most skilled and nicest people I have ever had do work in my home. He makes a thorough estimate, informs and educates me about the scope of the project and listens to my ideas. He is on time and completes the work expertly. His men exercise the same attention to detail that Fred does and always leave the job site clean and secure. I first used JR's in August 2008 to install some vinyl and carpet in several student rental properties. Not only did he provide a quality product, but he made sure to work around other contractors onsite and got the product installed in the necessary, and short time frame. Oh, and by the way, they do more than just flooring his crew also installed 5 shower doors in the same time span.
