Years ago we opened a little carpet store, in a converted garage, off of a little tree-lined street in Fairfax, California. Our customers liked the friendly atmosphere, no pressure sales policy, high quality floor coverings and service, and honest low prices. I think we've gotten two or three rugs custom cut and finished for us in the past few years. Love the selection of QUALITY remnants, some of which are huge, but we just needed smaller rugs. They did a great job cutting to size and finishing them off. I saved the biz card of the gentleman, (Michael) who was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Oh, and almost forgot, prices were great!
I was referred to Just Carpets by someone from Sunrise Sofas. I was very impressed with the quantities of carpets that were available. The sales people I dealt with were very helpful as were the men who installed the carpet. I'm a satisfied customer.
The wall to wall rugs are lovely and I am enoying them very much. Excellent quality. And hey are very nice people, friendly and kind. I was disappointed that the memory foam under-padding was not installed. It was what we had ordered. We were notified that it was not available by email and phone but because we were not available we had no idea. They arrived on time and went right to work. We have a storage room that needed linoleum flooring, for wear and tear, and catboxes. We chose one with a cool grey/silver line pattern. The prices were good, and the installation went well, despite our uneven cement where floor meets wall.
This place is the best ever from the salesman coming out to measure to the delivery and questions in between excellent excellent I felt very well taken care of and got a good deal I highly recommend buying from them! Super happy 😄
