Went in ready to buy yesterday. We were told a price and not even 10 minutes later the price went up .79c/sq ft! That increased the price by over $1,000!!! With a smirk the salesman said oh I misspoke. Several times you misspoke? Really? Or is it that we weren’t interested in your installation services? Which you pushed over and over? Trying to make up money? No, Thanks! I’ll spend my $12,000 somewhere else.
I can’t say enough positive things about this company and the owner, Frank. Recently, I got a puppy for my three young kids, and unfortunately, the puppy started chewing on the carpet. I first went to another local store in Howell, but they dismissed me and told me to go elsewhere, which was very upsetting as someone needing my carpet fixed desperately. I have been to the store last week, I must say showroom has everything and anything when it comes to refurnish your house, store or anything as well. Also, there is something I can add up saying about floor or carpet cleaners you should really try “pure surface care” and you will surprised with the outcome just crystal clean and clear like new piece. I would highly recommend this place.
When we moved here 27+ years ago, we went to Just Carpets to re-carpet 1 small room. Since then we've gone back to them about 6 or 7 times for other jobs - primarily because their installers do great work. The big box stores can't beat the overall value and customer service you get from Just Carpets..
Friendly staff, I went in there with my fiancé to shop for an area rug for our new home. We were blown away by the selection they had in stock. Frank helped us find the perfect rug to fit our oddly shaped room. He offered to custom make a rug to fit the room but my fiancé had already fallen in love with the area rug we found in the display. We will definitely be going back to them for floors when we re do our kitchen next year!
