We initially visited showroom and there were so many options. Looked it all over and were assisted by Michael. We then went to the box box stores (Maynerds and Low’s) to check their stuff out. We got samples we liked and prices and came back to K&K to compare. We found their stuff to be better price @ K&K and same features plus it’s installed by them and not some sub from Chicago or something… (lookin at u HomDept)
Helpful, knowledgeable and super-friendly. Told them what I was looking for and they made several recommendations with no high-pressure sales tactics.
11/10 would recommend Mike and the guys. He helped me pick out a color that would match my new cabinets and was very helpful answering any questions I had. They did an awesome job with putting in my new floors and I got an amazing deal on backsplash for my kitchen. Prices and quality were excellent! The whole process was a breeze, and I’m loving my updated home more than ever. It is also family owned and you definitely get the feeling that they care about your business. I’ll be a customer for life!
I went to Jeff and Michael about 3 months ago on my living room and kitchen flooring. I was being extremely indecisive on what to have installed. They explained everything in layman terms to make my decision easier. The process was extremely simple and they had the vinyl plank installed in a couple days, along with black splash in my kitchen. Pictures do not do it justice with how beautiful it looks. Thanks again for all the help K & K Floors!
