It was very easy to work with Katie. She was responsive to every need. She assisted me with patience amidst the very busy process of getting loan paperwork together. Even though we were doing business, it always felt like Katie was on my side. It was very easy to use Floify to upload documents. Everything was seamless. It was so great to meet Katie in person at our closing.
