At the beginning we had a horrible experience with Yesmary Cintron, then Joseph Roberts stepped in and turned the whole thing around to a positive experience. Joseph Robert is AMAZING!!!

Joe was responsive, timely and provided needed information and guidance. Overall, my experience working with Joe was flawless and very professional. I will be glad to work with him or refer my friends, if and when future needs arise.
Joe reached out when necessary and honestly had I answered the phone more it would have been an excellent experience. Where I struggled was on the emails. They were written technically for people who understand mortgages and if you don't, you either had to call or Google. If I called he would answer so thats on me. Just more explanations on emails would be nice.
I was assisted from beginning to end until I finalized my purchase
