Mayra was really on top of everything, and made us feel individualized instead of just a number. She really helped us in more ways then she knows.
Communication was great, she is knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Mayra, was extremely pleasurable to work with. She was very personable. We related on numerous family issues and I felt like she really cared about her job and helping us. She made herself available whenever I had any questions and answered them all satisfactorily. I'd be very happy to work with her again. The only suggestion for improvement is on the float down loan situation. Day to day interest rates that KBHS can offer are not visible to me without having to query the loan officer directly. Mayra our loan person was really proffessional an helped us with our loan rate so much, she had a lot of communication with us. We are so happy to choose Kb Home
Mayra was thorough, communicative, clear, and always had our best interest in mind. We switched lenders twice and scared to transfer a third time, but Mayra really knocked it out the water and was the BEST of the loan officers we dealt with. I can't thank her enough!
