Excellent service. Good communication. Only thing is that my appointment was at 7:45am and they start working on my car until 8:30am - 9am.
They did a great job diagnosing the issue in a timely and accurate manner.
My tire pressure warning system was activated, for the right rear tire. Keffer Mazda Service Department found a large nail in the tire and promptly repaired it. They also did a battery condition check to allay my concerns about the low battery indication that had been activated a few times since I took delivery of this new car (Mazda3 Preferred Hatchback).
I was completely satisfied with my service experience at Keffer Mazda. My Low Tire Pressure warning had displayed for all four tires. The service department filled them all with nitrogen to the proper pressure. They explained to me that the recent weather change with a high pressure front was responsible for the (relatively) lower pressure in the tires. Since then everything has been fine.
