Install of carpet and LVP floor coverings was arranged through Lowe's. While there were several glitches with the Keller subs, Kyle Keller promptly and efficiently listened too and addressed all problems above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.
I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH KELLER TO INSTALL FLOORING. DALE WAS AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND VERY HELPFUL. THE LAST DAY OF WORK HE HAD A HELPER, JACOB, HE AS WELL WAS AMAZING. THE EXPERIENCE WITH KELLER WAS GREAT CONSIDERING HOW LOWES 72ND & DODGE MESSED UP MY OMY ORDER FROM BEGININNG TO END. I WOULD USE KELLER ANYTIME THEY DO TERRIFIC WORK! OMAHA NEBRASKA
Keller Interiors installed our carpet and the three men were wonderful. They completed the job in about 4 hours, were friendly, fast, cleaned up the mess that old carpet makes, and they did an incredible job! My carpet looks amazing! I HIGHLY recommend both Lowe’s and Keller Interiors if you’re looking to add new carpet to your home or business!
Lowes should no longer partner with Keller for installation of flooring. We paid lowes for the purchase of carpet and installation (incl extra for heavy/bulky furniture) Keller showed up to start the work and left after two hours claiming too much work and “they don’t get paid enough for moving furniture”. Keller’s staff both office staff as well laborers are incompetent, unprofessional and without integrity They should not be allowed to be in the business of installing carpet. One of two Contractor that came out stole my purse. I really feel violated it was right out from under my nose. Needless to say we have had to spend $$$ getting my car rekeyfobbed, and changing locks on the doors. Now I also feel like security cameras are a must and I'm really beating my self up for not being able to catch them red handed. I just wish I could get my belongings back.
Absolutely the worst company ever. These people should not pretend to know ANYTHING about flooring or customer service. The floors or horrific; you could give a 3 year old a can of play dough and get more level floors. It is one thing to have to wedge paper napkins under you table at a restaurant to get it to keep wobbling, if these people do your floors you have to live that way in your own house... they told me they would contact me and absolutely nothing....
