Ken was great! He helped us transition from a construction loan for our fire rebuild to a conventional mortgage. He also worked with SBA, so we could keep our 2nd and maintain the special disaster relief rate on that loan. This is also during a global pandemic. I highly recommend him and Petaluma Home Loans.
