Kenny Carpets has done me right again. When I bought my home in 2019, they did a wonderful job installing a carpet in a bedroom. This August 2024, they installed a carpet in my sraircase and hallway. Very bad experience. I wanted to replace my stair treads because they were squeaking. They sent 2 people to take a look. After the job is done they are still squeaking! All what they said that this was not in the contract! They messed up the paint and the installer would just say - you can paint it!! Worst part, instead of trying to make it up for us, they had someone call and yell to convince you that this has been our fault and we had the wrong expectations In summary, expensive and worst customer service experience. I purchased glued vinyl planking for the basement. I didn't want to spend tons of money but I wanted something that would add some additional value to my home. I searched for weeks. I had a wonderful design put in and good padding. In a short time, the rug rolled up as improperly installed. There was no furniture moved in the dining room and too short of time to require cleaning. Have to hire someone with tools to relay
