He worked with us and helped us stay within our budget. He made sure that the hardwood install was done properly. Marci Kepple was invaluable with the selection and sizing of area rugs. They have a wide product line and a wonderful staff. Great customer service. Several locations in the area, but the Berlin store is the "Superstore".
