My initial interaction with the office over the phone was fantastic. Not so much when I got there. The office staff and assistants were nice but didn't try to establish any kind of relationship with me. I'm sure they are great at what they do, but I'm all about a well-rounded experience, especially if I'm going to be paying a great deal out of pocket. Everyone was kind, but I felt as if I was cattle being rushed through. Dr. Stockton did a great job with my surgery, which is most important!
