Let me walk you through the lovely horror my wife and I experienced with Keystone Carpet and its ultimate resolution. We were advised by a neighbor to go with Keystone Carpet for our new purchase. We didn't know at the time that our neighbor bought and flipped houses with cheap fixed. Our mistake. Keystone Carpet workers not only damaged my property while they were working, they installed my floor wrong. I hired Keystone Carpet to put Porcelain Tile in my kitchen. Office Manager Emily gave no start date so I had to call to see when they were going to come the day before. They also did not tell me I would have to be out of my house while they worked, I found that out through another contractor I had working at my house. They deserve no stars. Worst experience ever with this company. Damages to home, carpets, chipped cabinets/furniture, walls scratched up, mud, nails, and debris left on floor and walls by workers, no cleaning equipment had by workers as they asked to borrow mine. Put a hole in my wall. Nothing was sectioned off or covered to prevent damages. Charge on my bill for $45 for moving my refrigerator but the workers came with no equipment to move anything and acted like they didn't even know they had to move anything. Floor wasn... read more
