Saw Dr. de la Rosa today for my newborn. She was very condescending and rude. She had more questions about me and telling me I should have put my child in an uber for her first appointment. Is it standard practice to assume mom gets WIC for formula? Nothing valuable was learned from this appointment. I asked what vaccines she “Must” get at her two month appointment and she couldn’t name one. She doesn’t seem like she likes her job or kids. Its a waste going here.

I am sharing my experience with Tri-County Pediatrics – Warminster because I want other parents to understand how important it is to advocate for their children and seek a second opinion when their concerns are repeatedly dismissed. I’ve tried to be patient, but after repeated negative experiences, I feel compelled to share my honest opinion. Since our previous pediatric office closed and we transitioned to this practice as this is where our doctor moved too, the overall quality of care and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I had a disappointing experience at this office during my visit yesterday with my son. The doctor's name is DR RUDMAN. He wasn’t feeling well and appeared to be having an allergic reaction after taking a medication. I brought this up to the doctor, but instead of carefully considering it, she dismissed my concern quickly and said she didn’t think it was related to the medication. The experience was very pleasant from checking in to checking out. Lily is always friendly and helpful and made the check in/check out process easy. Kristin the MA kept my son engaged and feeling relaxed. My son saw Stephanie Bosche, APRN for the first time and she was great. She listened and addressed my concerns and explained things so that my little guy could understand. She ordered blood work to rule out any other symptoms we missed.
