I really wanted to do business with this place but they really don't know what they're doing I guess is the kind way to say it could not get a quote on carpet that was accurate the first quote was but then we got the accurate measurement and that quote included the installer which I was supposed to pay when installed and no matter what I texted them they could not figure out that they couldn't charge me $ 418 for a job that was only going to cost $320 for the product not the installation she insisted that the $400 bill was c... read more

My experience with Kilhefner flooring is limited. I live in the Mangum area and wanted carpet installed in my Livingroom/hallways. I called and got a rough quote which had 3 days worth of driving expenses, hammer drill surcharges, and other questionable fees. I called and it was explained as they weight quotes heavy so they don't underbid. Then explained for a exact quote they couldn't use my measurements. Ok, Fine. They sent someone out free of charge.
