First of all, i would like to thank u for giving me an opportunity and gratitude to Kim and the entire team the American Pacific Mortgage, Randie Remax Gold , Escrow Trilogy and Fidelity Title Company.and Insuranse Triple A to purchase a home .You are an asset to the company ! It was tough , at first it took months , step by step for the process.because of my credit issue and some problems with the creditors back and forth for example it was paid and they said it will not take 30 days to post in the credit report.The bank also took couple of 3 days to clear the car payment.. Anyways, Kim my lender keep pushing me and called what i have to do to get it done.. I told Kim if i should do this still because my mom had.just passed away and that it was a great opportunity and great investment..Mom knows i was in the process of buying a home..May she rest in peace. It was kind of funny , sad a little bit and enjoyed but we got it done. . Outstanding , I would highly recommend Kim., American Pacific Mortgage and Randie Remax Gold.
