Kiss Carpet delivered from start to finish! Communication was excellent every step of the way. Aaron, the installer, was knowledgeable, highly skilled, thorough, attentive to detail, and kept the space clean throughout the process. I’m SO happy with my new flooring!
We sew just thrilled with the new carpet in our smallish den. Chad did a terrific job, was friendly as well as professional. This is the second time we have used Kiss Carpet Design Center and have been so very pleased both times.
Jeff did an amazing job making sure everything was right with our new floors. I don't have a before image, but picture a frat house in the 80s, with carpeting that had never been cleaned, and had soaked up decades of beer and dog hair. I had a great first experience with purchase and installation of new carpet from Kiss Carpet Design Center in Harbir Springs. Sales floor is clean, and organized Sales staff are knowledgeable of their merchandise. Skyler helped with suggestions after I explained why I was replacing old basement carpet. The gentleman who came to measure the space was courteous and easily answered more of my concerns.
