Jeff did an amazing job making sure everything was right with our new floors. I don't have a before image, but picture a frat house in the 80s, with carpeting that had never been cleaned, and had soaked up decades of beer and dog hair. It took my wife and I an awkwardly long time to go through pretty much every option, as I didn't realize how many flooring choices there were. I had a great first experience with purchase and installation of new carpet from Kiss Carpet Design Center in Harbir Springs. Sales floor is clean, and organized Sales staff are knowledgeable of their merchandise. Skyler helped with suggestions after I explained why I was replacing old basement carpet. The gentleman who came to measure the space was courteous and easily answered more of my concerns. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Ingalls and his competent installation team. We chose a soft Berber and we are very happy with product and service. Received a call prior to installation letting us know who exactly was coming and details. We highly recommend this business!

I went to three carpeting shops, and Kiss Carpet had the best customer service by a long shot. Skyler was so polite and knowledgeable: willing to find out answers to any question. I would highly recommend Kiss Carpet Design Center.

If you want a reliable and easy way to get new floors, Kiss Carpet is what you need! I've seen them on T.V. for years and wondered could it be that way? Their knowledge was outstanding in guiding us to exactly what we needed. Our installed was Chris. I can't say enough good things about this man. He was so nice and friendly, and such a work horse. I will go with Kiss Carpet again when I get carpet for our bedroom.
