I went to three carpeting shops, and Kiss Carpet had the best customer service by a long shot. Skyler was so polite and knowledgeable: willing to find out answers to any question. I would highly recommend Kiss Carpet Design Center.
Jeff did an amazing job making sure everything was right with our new floors. I don't have a before image, but picture a frat house in the 80s, with carpeting that had never been cleaned, and had soaked up decades of beer and dog hair. It took my wife and I an awkwardly long time to go through pretty much every option, as I didn't realize how many flooring choices there were. If you want a reliable and easy way to get new floors, Kiss Carpet is what you need! I've seen them on T.V. for years and wondered could it be that way? Their knowledge was outstanding in guiding us to exactly what we needed. Our installed was Chris. I can't say enough good things about this man. He was so nice and friendly, and such a work horse. I will go with Kiss Carpet again when I get carpet for our bedroom.
I had a great first experience with purchase and installation of new carpet from Kiss Carpet Design Center in Harbir Springs. Sales floor is clean, and organized Sales staff are knowledgeable of their merchandise. Skyler helped with suggestions after I explained why I was replacing old basement carpet. Very enthusiastic and helpful staff. Skyler was especially helpful arranging for measurements and repair of my holiday carpet fiasco. Horrible nail polish stain directly in center of living room. Heath came and measured everything and discussed options and Chad expertly cut out the stain and replaced it perfectly with a piece I had from original installation.It is beautiful! Thanks everyone
