Gabriela is amazing. She’s new but a very good hygienist. I’ve been seeing Dr. Turner for years. He is a very casual personable guy. They have an app if you like that sort of thing. They will send a text when you’re ready to check in for your appointment. Next the hygienist will call you back. Very efficient. Great dentistry. Great staff. I highly recommend.
This practice is so unprofessional and so unorganized. Before I schedule with any practice I make sure to call and give all my insurance information to make sure the practice is in network as I work in healthcare and I know how the process goes. When I called this practice I gave them all the information and they advised the practice was in network. That is the only reason why I proceeded to make an appointment for my husband and myself. The Dr. Mokris and his work team in Kissimme Family Dentristy are very professional. Whenever I visit the office I am treated with courtesy and kindness. I recommend them 100%.
Very friendly and informative. New technologies used. Dr. Mokris gave me very homist and candid advice and didn't try to "upsell" like many others would do. He gave me my different options and gave ne a referral for if I decided to do the more expensive but longterm fix. My family and I have been going here for years, and will continue to do so.
My visit to Kissimmee Family Dentistry is a "WOW". Lourdes my hygienist did an excellent job. She was gentle, and warm with a contagious personality. Lourdes gives me more confidence to want to go to the dentist without been hesitant. Keep up the good work Lourdes!!
