We were looking to replace our main level flooring and some additional areas, we came across K+M flooring from our neighborhood page and couldn’t be more thankful for the recommendation! From the initial phone call to help picking out the best flooring, Keith was extremely helpful and transparent. The entire crew working did an amazing job, were so kind and made sure we were happy with everything. Overall we are extremely happy with the results and the exceptional customer service along the way!
K+M is awesome & does an amazing job! We worked with Keith after having some water damage to our floors recently due to a dishwasher breakdown. Keith came out showed us samples then had his guys come out and rip up our old tile. After our new cabinets were installed they came back and put in the new flooring. It looks so much better than what we had before. We are so happy with the results!!
We hired K+M (Keith) to do all of our hardwood floors and he was incredible! He and his crew couldn't have done a better job. They show up on time, don't go off on another job until they're thru, are nice & professional and above all really know what they're doing. The floors turned out beautifully (actually better than we expected). Of all the trades we've used (electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.), Keith was the best we've ever had!
Keith was great to work with, sent me a proposal which was right at what I had figured and explained everything really good. The links in pdf form he sent to make payment went with out a hitch and any questions I sent a text about he answered promptly. The gentlemen that did the work were fast and efficient and asked questions on some things before doing and explained everything that came up that wasn’t expected.
