I'm a new renter here and I just read the previous two old reviews about poor management. The owners were responsive to complaints by residents and a new management company has taken over. Personnel are wonderful and responsive. Really is a very beautiful place with a lot more to offer than other rentals in the area. If you're looking to have green space and security rather than concrete and views of the neighboring building, this is definitely the place to be. Just take a look at the satellite view on your favorite map app. Some say it is out of the way but really nothing could be further from the truth. Minutes drive to Waterford, Hwy 538 or Hwy 417. Amazing apartment just outside of the city
I really love living at Knightsbridge because the location is perfect. My husband and I live really close to 3 major toll roads and there is so much to do in our area. Living close to UCF is hard because there are so many people living there but there is much less traffic living a little further south where we live. It's a very safe neighborhood and greats for kids, pets and students.

Knightsbridge at Stoney Brooke
This apartment is quiet. In a great neighborhood but you are limited in internet providers. It takes a while for maintance to get to your request. The property is kept up with. They don't offer any discounts for military.
