Their rep is quite the song and dance bullshit artist. Since beginning the project, both the rep and the project manager have been no-shows, the crew have been no-shows four times now so we're now 5 days behind simply because no one has showed up to work. We've been without our kitchen since last Tuesday and no one has set foot on our property since. I'll be filing with the BBB and anyone else who will listen.
Terrible company, poor quality, liars, and cheaters. I've been fighting these people for almost 2 months. 1) Caused almost $2,000 damage to my home 2) Did not complete contract as written 3) Salesman sold me wrong product 4) Installers were caught going through my personal belongings. They do not answer the phone, nor will they return messages or emails. When they do promise something, that promise will be broken. Horrible! I had cabinets, flooring & countertops done. I regret using LA carpets. Too many problems to list. I would not recommend them to anyone.
DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO TO LA CARPET! THEY ARE INEXPERIENCED, LIARS AND THIEVES! We had Marazzi tile installed at the end June of 2016. The job done was HORRENDOUS by people that (supposedly) have 14 years experience. They promised us a timely installation of 6 days and it took them 7-8 days to complete after trying to finish the work quickly because the workers wanted to celebrate the 4th of July.
