Wanted to change our floors after 17 years from wood to something that would not get ruined by our Golden Retriever so we paid a visit to LA Carpet in Yorba Linda and was greeted by Ted. He came out and measured and brought many samples. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his guidance on what to avoid. These guys know their stuff. Purchased flooring & install in 2018 and had an excellent experience here. Today, I needed to order a replacement part and Kathy was extremely helpful and followed up in a very timely manner. I’m grateful the flooring color I have is still being manufactured! I highly recommend this store. Consistent and excellent customer service!
Horrible salwsman Sam, at Laguna Hills location. Installed messed up on the install where we were promised NO SEEMS. Then they refused to take payment when the check was written out and resented to them. So we just signed the invoice. We were still due two rugs from the left over carpet. A 54" and 30" circle rugs. We then withheld $1000 from the $4400 balance due. This carpet is $12 sq foot. Expensive carpet. Rugs were made incorrectly at 49" round. Sam refused to make this correct. LA Carpet at Yorba Linda is really terrific! Harvey is excellent and helped us tremendously through this remodeling process.
