Mondays are crazy busy. If you get there by 4:30 you can usually hve your pick of machines
The clients here are a little older than the LA Fitness in Royal Oak. They also treat the equipment better and keep their eyes focused on their own workout.
Gym is clean, showers hot and sana is great, well maintained place.
Bring your headphones and an FM tuner to listen to the T.V. during cardio!
