Strong 5. The most pleasant customer service anywhere. The atmosphere is lovely and so is the coffee. I do wish there were more tables but that's okay.

Hipster vibe, the interior is fun and bright, lots of choices. My chai latte was just ok, but the cookie was good. I'll try again and try a coffee or latte next time.

everyone is so nice and happy here. the coffee list is extensive, creative, and delicious. a little pricey for coffee but worth it. the food options are quite good too. i love all the yellow and i need all the merch. 10/10 lives up to the hype.

Horrible service waited over an hour to get a matcha and egg bites. Went back to the register to ask about order and she ignored me and then finally got her attention and told me she would check on the order and seemed as i didn't ask her a thing as time passed by and everyone else received their order. I went back to the other side where the drinks are made and told them about my order as my bites had gotten cold already and my croissant order was forgotten. Ugh, I hate to leave this review because I seriously love Lala cafe and I go to their Lower Greenville location daily , but I had the worst experience at this location and won't be coming back. I ordered a large Lululemon chai latte and when I got it, I kid you not--it was gone in two sips. The entire cup was packed with ice, like there was barely any actual drink in there. Visiting from out of town and daughter says LaLa land is a must. We ordered using the LaLa land App for the Oak Lawn location and then Ubered over to this location from our hotel. The La La land App said the order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the store was crazy packed with lots of unhappy faces. The young lady at the counter said there were 50 orders ahead of us and that it would be 45-60 minute wait for our latte's. Terrible service and Nayzeth H was extremely rude, gave me the wrong size and when I asked for it back was rude and told her coworker I didn't order that size and poured the same size in the new cup. I payed for a large it also took 40 minutes for two coffees not to mention the coffee was terrible I've had LaLa coffee in the past and was much happier with past stores this location was AWFUL!!!

I arrived a few minutes before opening and was waiting outside in the rain. A tall guy possibly Hispanic or Caucasian with curly hair approached me. He began toincoherently and angrily yell at me for standing outside. He had a drink from the cafe even though it wasn't open. He wouldn't leave and kept screaming at me from his vehicle. Lets just say the gnats and flies were enjoying my coffee more that I was on the inside of the store. Good to just grab a drink and go but the amount of flies was very disturbing
