Absolute waste of $20 which got me a chocolate croissant and a matcha latte that turned out to be just milk and chocolate syrup(we think). We ordered 3 drinks and all 3 were undrinkable. Of course they asked for a tip up front. So why did I tip you when all the drinks were wrong or disgusting? Stop asking for tips prior to giving service. This place is absolute hype! Waste of time and money! Don't drink the kool aid! Oh and they were out of whole milk! Really?

The food and drinks are amazing! They really are, I probably would get my coffee cheaper if I didn't use DoorDash all week but after my first in person interaction I promised I'd never return since the service was so awful. Sincerely this review isn't about the product or quality it's about the service. Staff was rude, no one welcomed customers when they entered, I felt rushed while ordering. Not the nicest of baristas in the area. A man unlocked the door, after looking at me with contempt, but did not open the door for me. He greeted me with a tepid "good morning."

The girl who took our order was very rude but I wasn't able to grab her name. She's all laughs and smiles with her coworkers and other customers but for some reason the minute my husband and I walked up to the counter she was so rude. I wanted a large coffee but she entered a small and didn't ask if I wanted it hot or iced but thankfully I let her know I wanted it iced. Heard a lot of hype about this place but was left underwhelmed. Their whole brand is based off of kindness, etc. But their staff did not offer even a hello or welcome. It was not busy we were the only ones in line... My husband got a pumpkin spice latte and I got the butterfly Matcha which I was excited about. I come here quite often on my way to work. I was absolutely disgusted when I saw two workers SNIFF my drink before putting it on the counter for me to take. Thats extremely unsanitary and especially bothered me considering I'm a MAJOR germaphobe. I fear this location might need to have their workers re train.

Did not listen to anything I said regarding the order. I asked for a cold brew without ice and got iced coffee with a different milk, and my friend got a latte with a completely different type of milk than what she asked for. We even clarified the order on the screen. Otherwise clean and nice shop. Just overpriced for incorrect drinks

I tried La La Land for the first time yesterday morning at around 9am, the gal at the register was kind and sweet! My coffee was amazing and the avocado toast was the best I've ever had! However, I mistakenly grabbed a coffee that said "Lexi" not remembering if I had told the gal at the front my full name "Alexis" or my nickname, and it was the exact same thing I ordered. I'm a pretty avid matcha drinker and have heard good things so I was excited to try a drink from here. The barista only knew about lattes and wasn't super helpful when I was trying to decide between matcha lattes. The biggest factors preventing this from being a 1 star rating is that I liked the music a lot and vibe of the coffee shop as it seems like a fun place to chat and because the cup and straw for the drink were quite cute.
