My first visit to this business was amazing. Just popped in to see what it was and was warmly greeted and even offered a complimentary cookie which the kind young lady warmed up for me. I ordered an iced latte that was awesome. Came back today after walking there and 3 minutes before close the doors are locked. Super unprofessional. I plan to never return.
I've been here 3 times. I have never waited less than 20 minutes for a $4.00 cup of coffee. The focus here is serving people who are actually NOT in the shop, but have ordered online. The wait here is terminal, annoying and will make you late for your next stop. Either order online or go elsewhere.
You will wait for an hour if you order anything other than a cold brew. Very slow. The coffee is decent, but if you're in a rush and there's people inside waiting, don't bother.
It's just like being in Los Angeles...woke staff, lame service with an attitude. Music from an elevator and my cappuccino was the size of a shot glass. This is my first and last time here. Don't waste your time, you'll just be disappointed.
Iced lattes are good BUT Masks are not encouraged here, so don't come here at all if you're trying to stop the spread and stay safe from Covid because it's ALWAYS jam PACKED. Sucks because the baristas are so nice and do wear masks /:
Matcha was good but I ordered it with almond milk and they never mentioned that it came with heavy whipping cream on top. I only knew it had dairy because I saw them pour it in my drink! I asked them to make it again and they did but I just hope they know that if someone orders non dairy milk they should ask if they want non dairy cream too. Also the muffins tasted like they were days old. Also there were 5 people behind the counter and we stood there for ~5 minutes before someone helped us and took our order.
I live near this place, and I've always wanted to check it out. Sadly, it was quite disappointing. It's a good place to take an Instagram photo, and the staff are quite friendly, but that's it really. The croissant I got was mediocre and tasteless. I doubt it was fresh. The coffee I got was also quite terrible. There are much better coffee shops in the area. All that glitters isn't gold, clearly.
I've been to this location a few times. After waiting in a long line my first visit, I started ordering online. This was the second time I ordered online. The first time It was very early in the morning and everything went smoothly. This time it was the middle of Friday morning. I arrived a couple of minutes after receiving a text that my order was ready and did not see my drink among those on the counter edge.
