No agradable Instalaciones y habitación muy sucia: baño, alfombre, closet. La alarma de detector de humo sonó muchas veces en la noche, no deja dormir. Cuando reservas no te dicen que el estacionamiento cuesta 45 dólares. Llegue a las 3 y me dijeron que aún no tenía habitaciones listas para entregar. Excelente ubicación
disappointed I did not like that I had to pay for parking. I've NEVER encountered a situation like that; very upset! ac working well.

Didn’t know it was an extra 90 to just park You had to valet for 45 a night and the rooms are old and smelled like mildew Location

Fair I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking and $50 a day at the Valley And there was no syrup for the waffles no tops for the coffee cup and it was 7 AM And when I went to pay for parking in the street downtown I came back and went to get breakfast and the valet but I did not have a room there Where in till the front desk and they told me that I couldn’t get through because it was only for people that stayed there So I had to show them my key card and explain to them that I went to pay parking and then came straight... read more

Bed is doable. Some Lights did not work in our room and there was blood smeared on the wall in the bathroom. Look like boogers mixed with blood. Something I did not want to see! The staff was very helpful!

Overcharging for parking :(( It is pretty suspicious and irresponsible for this hotel to neglect mentioning it is $50 per night for parking. I had a stressful last day of my visit in Austin because I was trying to avoid paying $100 to park at this hotel for 2 nights. It is so dingy and not well managed. Front staff was taking a personal call on her earbuds when I checked in. AVOID THIS PLACE. I feel dumb for booking here. No!

Fair Hotel is old and rundown and in desperate need of a major face-lift... Close to downtown

Very disappointing. Left a day early Walls crumbling. Elevator not working. Water leaking inside and outside. Black mold in bathroom. Outer doors from hallway to outside not locking. Carpets dirty. And more Beds clean and comfy. Good location
