Absolutely DIS-gusting! BTW, #4 Shoal Beach -- Not a beach. It is Shoal Creek with a very rocky edge You could take the time to stock the room. You could replace the disgusting mattress and super lumpy pillows. You could use a pest control service. You could clean the property including common areas such as elevators and lobby. suciedad en la habitación , ceniza en el sillón del dormitorio, basura La suciedad en general, la falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones y el personal poco afable. No funcionaban los interruptores de la luz del aseo. Habitación con olor a tabaco y humedad .Déficit de ventilación en la habitación. Se publicitan como que sirven desayuno continental y no era así, tampoco había ni mesas ni sillas para consumir el desayuno. Precio desorbitado para la "calidad" que se ofrece. Disappointing
Not to recommend, very bad value for money. The room had a really bad smell, air conditioning unit was extemely loud, there was no hot water, tv remote only worked for on and off, pillows were too worn out, bathroom wasn't clean when I go there, fridge wasn't working. The matress was ok, location is good.
Not bad if you just need a place to crash Room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. When we arrived we found medications on the ground. (Likely from the previous guest, meaning the room wasn't vacuumed properly) The bedding was covered in stains including mold on one of the cover corners. There was 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels for 3 guests staying 3 days and 2 nights. TV remote didn't work. Door deadbolt didn't work. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Poor Hotel looks run down. It doesn't help that there's homeless people walking outside the premises. I travel with my wife and two daughters, so I felt like it wasn't the best option for us. I feel like the only upside, was the fact that it was so close to the capital and walking distance from the university. That's what drew me in.
Stay Was a Bust Paying $30/night for Valet parking… and my car still gets broken into…by a homeless person! Whats the point of paying this much for Valet if they’re going to “forget” to lock your car!?!! Beyond upset that some items were stolen, and they caught the man but my items were still unrecovered. Also, some maintenance guy next door was hammering away all afternoon in the room next to us. How am I supposed to take an afternoon nap when the guy is doing construction next door?
